Field Fashion’s Executive Search activities are geared towards filling executive and senior management positions in the fashion and lifestyle industry. With our Executive Search, we put our clients in touch with candidates from the top segment of the labour market, both at home and abroad. Executive search is based on a thorough understanding of the characteristics of both the organisation and the candidate. We can also offer a custom assessment at the candidate’s premises upon request.

Our executive and senior management candidates all have an academic education and at least 10 years of experience in the field, including a number of years as senior manager and/or director. They also possess excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, a vision of the field, a results-oriented attitude and, preferably, experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry. Compensation is in the range of € 75,000 and up. |
